Wer sich zu wichtig für kleine Arbeiten hält,
ist oft zu klein für wichtige Arbeiten.

Interim Manager

My first Interim Management assignment resulted from a consulting project in 1999 with the task of implementing the recommended action plan. Since then I have acted as Interim Manager in project management as well as for bridging management vacancies on the first and second management levels.

Interim Project Manager

Companies often have limited resources with respect to work capacities or special know-how. In addition, there can be conflict situations due to hierarchical or political matters. The main reasons for commissioning an Interim Manager are:

  • Experience in managing projects
  • Neutrality
  • Concentration exclusively on one specific project
  • Fast and most efficient realization
  • Shorter project time and lower project costs – compared with a purely internal approach

Project Manager is one of my core competences and derives from my experience as both a Consultant and an Interim Manager.

Interim Manager in Leadership and Executive Positions

Companies often face vacancies or shortages in management capacities. The main reasons are:

  • Change of shareholder, transaction
  • Vacancies caused by illness
  • Instant dismissal
  • Special challenges due to restructuring
  • Long recruiting time for a top-tier position

As Interim Manager I am prepared to bridge those vacancies on short-term assignment, with maximal flexibility and competence.
